Warranty

For the long lifespans of our lights, even they won’t last forever…
Thankfully, we include each product with a 5-year warranty.

We back the quality of our products. Our goal is for our customers to be completely satisfied with their purchase. So if you run into any issues regarding functionality or physical damage, take advantage of our 5-year warranty.

Before contacting us, please prepare the following information:

2-Quantity Purchased
3-Photo or video proof of defect
4-Original Invoice
5-Date of purchase and installation
Within 7 business days, we will complete your warranty claim upon inspection and/or repair.

*Please note that exact replacements are subject to availability. We may send you updated versions if your specific model has been discontinued. You may also ask for a full refund of your purchase.*

The following will void your warranty:

The lighting system in which the light is installed is not used in accordance with:
The National Electric Code (NEC)
Underwriters Laboratories (UL) Standards
American National Standards Institute (ANSI) Standards
Failing to follow the product’s instructions
Using the LED lights outside of recommended operating conditions
Modifying your luminaires
Subjecting the fixture to misuse, negligence, or unusual stress

Return&Refunds

Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at service@novaenergylighting.com.

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at service@novaenergylighting.com and confirm the return address with us.


Shipping returns

To return your product, you should confirm the return address with us at service@novaenergylighting.com.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of original shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Further Limitations

To the extent permitted by law, the limited warranty and remedies set forth above are exclusive and in lieu of all other warranties and remedies (including without limitation, any implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose). If we cannot lawfully disclaim statutory or implied warranties, then to the extent permitted by law, all such warranties will be limited in duration to the duration of this express limited warranty and to refund, repair or replacement service as determined by nova energy lighting in its sole discretion.

In no event shall we be liable for incidental, compensatory, consequential, indirect, special or other damages. We aggregate liability with respect to a defective product shall be limited to the monies paid to us for that defective product.
